- Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/- . As per the deposit policy (This is refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts used.) 

- Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing. 

- Any cost incurred due to extension,change of itinerary due to natural calamities,road, blocks,vehicle breakdown, union issues and factors beyond our control

Policy & Terms

    Entrance fees to museums, historical sites, and other attractions.
    Optional activities or excursions (e.g., snorkeling, hiking, cultural experiences).

    Some meals may be included, typically breakfast. However, depending on the package, additional meals may also be included (lunches, dinners).
    Dietary preferences and restrictions should be accommodated wherever possible.
  • 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking
  • 35 Days or more prior to Departure -15% of the Tour Cost
  • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure – 30% of the Tour Cost
  • 4 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure – 50% of the Tour Costs
  • 08 Days and beyond – 100% of the Tour Cost
  • VIP Darshans are subject to the orders issued by the temple authorities and State government.
  • In view of our helicopters’ weight-carrying capacity, Om Shubh Yatra reserves the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
  • FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS: This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and departure timings of each destination is fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs. However, Om Shubh Yatra reserves the right to change/postpone the timings of flying one day prior, subject to weather/force majeure reasons.
  • Passengers must submit their correct weights at the time of booking. Submitting incorrect weights may lead to passengers being debarred from boarding without any refunds.
  • BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: 

Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger. It Is not permitted to carry suitcases or big travel bags in the helicopter; therefore, duffle bags will be provided by our team to all passengers on the day of arrival. 

The 5 kg baggage limit must be maintained throughout the journey, and luggage weight would be checked at all the Dhams. In case of excess baggage weight, a penalty of INR 500 per kg will be applied, and baggage will only be loaded subject to the aircraft's weight carrying capacity. 

If the excess baggage exceeds permissible limits, it will be offloaded and not transported further. 

Passengers are advised to pack thoughtfully to avoid any inconvenience. 

 

  • Kedarnath shuttle service: Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath ji in a shuttle services flight. And it is likely that passengers travelling together may not be accommodated on the same flight.
  • Any sudden increase in taxes/levy by the State Government or the temple authorities, will be borne by the passengers.
  • If online yatra registration will be compulsory, then passengers will have to do the same on their own prior to travel. In cases where the booking is made through a travel agency, the agency will be responsible for completing the online registration on behalf of the passengers.   
  • Comfortable clothing such as tracksuits or Kurtas are advised on the tour. As for shoes, one should carry sports or trekking shoes.
  • Any donations, tips, pitthu, extra porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.  
  • Airport transfer shall be provided on the arrival day or maximum one day prior to the arrival day, and the same would be applicable for the drop at Dehradun Airport. Only 01 transfer would be provided for each side. It could be Airport to hotel or Hotel to Hotel transfer.
  • TEMPLE TIMINGS: The opening and closing timings of the Dhams often change every season. Our team carefully plans and schedules the flights for each group in accordance with the temple timings to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated pilgrimage experience.
  • All temples in Chardham sector are located at a high altitude, therefore passengers are advised to carry medication after consulting their doctor before travelling. Also, they are advised to carry warm clothing with them, because during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.
  •  For the senior citizens and people with medical issues are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment.

 

Booking Confirmation

  • A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

  • Booking will be processed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Mid-Term Payment

  • An additional 40% of the package amount must be paid 15 days prior to travel.

  • Hotel vouchers and sightseeing confirmations will be shared after this stage.

Final Payment

 

  • The remaining 30% of the payment must be completed 7 days before the travel date.

  • Full payment is mandatory before travel documents (final vouchers, tickets) are released.

  • Initial deposit – 50% to confirm your booking with us.
  • 100% payment to be made at least 15-10 days before departure

The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes/detour or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band and security reason.

Tourist will carry their luggage at own risk and responsibility; Company does not hold any responsibility for any loss of luggage during the tour.

Terms & Conditions – Travel Package Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the booking and use of travel services provided by [Your Company Name]. By booking a tour with us, the client agrees to these terms in full.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a minimum 30% advance payment.

  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the travel start date.

  • Delay in payment may result in auto-cancellation without refund.


2. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Services mentioned in the final itinerary are only those included.

  • Anything not clearly listed as "included" (meals, activities, personal expenses) will be treated as excluded.


3. Hotel & Accommodation

  • Hotels are booked as per availability in the chosen category (Standard/Deluxe/Premium).

  • Room check-in and check-out are based on standard hotel policies (typically 12 PM check-in / 11 AM check-out).

  • Specific hotel preferences are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.


4. Transport Services

  • Transport will be provided as per itinerary. Vehicles are not at disposal unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Extra usage beyond scheduled itinerary will be chargeable.

  • AC in hilly areas may be turned off for safety.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or partial cancellations.


6. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Requests for changes in itinerary, hotel, or travel dates must be made at least 10 days in advance.

  • All changes are subject to supplier availability and may involve additional cost.


7. Force Majeure

  • The company shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, war, natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, the client agrees to accept alternate services or date rescheduling if available.


8. Health, Safety & Conduct

  • The traveler must ensure they are medically fit to travel.

  • Unruly behavior, misuse of hotel/transport property, or violation of local laws may lead to termination of services without refund.

  • Mask-wearing and hygiene norms must be followed during ongoing health advisories.


9. Liability & Responsibility

  • We act only as a facilitator for hotel bookings, transport, and tours. We are not liable for loss, injury, theft, or damage during the trip.

  • Any loss caused due to third-party suppliers, like airlines or hotels, shall be addressed with them directly.


10. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.
